We want to break away from traditional, box-like student housing and offer you a holistic community for young individuals; a home away from home.
We want to assist you as much as we can throughout your academic journey. The Myriad properties are equipped with a number of facilities to support your studies. From study rooms to coffee shops, lounges and outdoor spaces, you will always have a space to do your work.
The Myriad aims to provide our residents with as much support as we can. For this reason, we are launching an initiative, Oppstop; a platform which gives students access to countless opportunities, from internships and apprenticeships to event jobs, part-time work, full-time jobs and more. Oppstop allows you to earn extra money to support your academics and lifestyle, all the while gaining useful professional experience.
Making certain that our residents and their guardians have peace of mind is of utmost importance to The Myriad. We endeavour to provide a safe and secure environment that will ensure your well-being.

In doing this, we hope to broaden your horizons and expose you to different views and ideas.
We recognise that health is a vital aspect of a young adult’s life. The Myriad offers an array of sporting facilities for you to stay fit and healthy. You can find the following features at our various properties: fitness centres, calisthenics gyms, jogging tracks, swimming pools, basketball courts and more.
Ensuring ease of access for all of our residents is paramount. The Myriad properties are placed in areas with good infrastructure and multiple transport links to facilitate the movements of our residents on and off property. Our properties also offer reserved parking for residents only, transport services such as shuttles, accessible rooms and facilities for people of determination.
