Although our residents’ utilities are included in their rent, we believe in the importance of promoting sustainable energy usage. We aim to raise awareness of energy consumption patterns amongst our residents and to educate them in the various ways that they can reduce and optimise their consumption levels to benefit the wider community.
As a community, The Myriad strives to support our residents’ academics and career prospects. Our properties are open to hosting talks and workshops given by professionals across various industries that residents may be interested in learning from.
Residents of our community will have the opportunity to earn extra money through the Earn As You Learn program, whether to contribute to their rent, to accumulate savings or just to have a little extra cash to spend. The Myriad offers a variety of jobs; from casual work, event roles, internships to full time jobs and more. In this way, our residents can gain valuable experience and become more self-sufficient.
