We are committed to being responsible as a business to our environment and our people. The Myriad properties are intended to minimise wasteful practices as much as possible by implementing energy saving systems, raising awareness of energy consumption levels and taking the steps to regulate them. Our properties are equipped with technologies such as smart guest room management systems, light sensors, occupancy sensors and ambient air conditioning to ensure that we are conscientious with the energy that we consume.

We also believe that we have a duty to our community to encourage and support the training and employment of the young populations we have access to. The Myriad strives to help our residents wherever we can to grow in confidence, to gain experience and ultimately to help them begin their career journeys.
